Exchange & Returns


PLEASE NOTE . When you press Checkout and have successfully placed an order you have agreed to all the terms and conditions associated with our Company . 

 We're sorry the items didn't work out for you 🤍 We do not give refunds but all returns are issued in the form of store credit or an exchange with another item or the same item in a different size or color if available.

If there is an issue with the order for eg. Wrong size sent or a  manufacturer defect then this must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of the items by the customer. Outside of this time period there is nothing that can be done other than the terms stated in this section , Damaged item / Wrong items sent must be sent back to us first and then a refund of the initial amount ONLY will be issued within our refund time period mentioned below .

In the case where there is a manufacturer defect ( faulty zipper , holes , missing pieces )  or an issue with damages the item can be refunded to you in the full paid amount ONLY after it has been returned to us or if you wish to keep the item a maximum of 20% of the overall total can be returned to the customer . Refunds are only issue through the website which the initial order was placed on . 

 When an item is shipped and there is a refund requested shipping cost cannot be refunded due to the fact that the shipping company is already in receipt of the item and was paid for their services .

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) . 

Slay Jamaica Clothing Company only issues exchanges and accepts returns for items purchased online at or items purchased through our direct messaging system on our Instagram page

Items must be sent back within 25 days of the delivery date. Once 30 days have passed it is up to The Slay Jamaica Clothing Company to decide if an item is eligible for store credit or exchange .Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Once tags are removed you are ineligible to return the item for store credit or exchange the item for another item or another size. Additional returns must be approved by a member of staff and a usps tracking number must be provided this is as we do not accept returns to the address the package is shipped out to We accept returns to the RETURN  address below   Any unauthorized returns are at the customers risk .

Items that are under our preordered or made to order LINGERIE , SALE and SWIMSUIT Tabs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned once the hygienic liner is removed from the item.

Please allow 3-8 business days for us to process your return and if eligible issue a refund once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Slay Jamaica Clothing Company is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
