We When clicking the “CHECKOUT” button buyers acknowledge full responsibility for complying with all Slay Jamaica Clothing Company’s policies , terms and conditions . Please read extensively before placing an order .

 


Can I cancel an order after it has been placed ?

  • An order can be cancelled within 48-72 hours after being placed . If that time has passed Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled .

  

Can I change My Address after an order is placed ?

  • An order address can be changed before it is shipped by emailing us at SlayJa.co@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped the address cannot be changed 

 

 

Processing Times 

  • PLEASE READ THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE ,Due to An Increase in orders  Please note all orders on our website will hold a  extended processing time of 3-10 business days before they’re dispatched as we fulfill all orders . Please note business days do not include the weekend or public holidays . If you cannot wait the stated processing time please do not order as we will be enforcing this processing time to every single order and no cancellations will be accommodated .


Overnight Orders

  • All overnight or next day orders which are only priority mail express , ups next day air and ups next day early still need 1-2 business day to process before it ships out .

Do You Offer Same Day Processing ? 

  • If you need same day processing please MESSAGE US BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE BEFORE CHECKING OUT  to see if it’s available for your order . Certain items do not apply as they may have a maketime . 

International Orders 

 

  • Orders outside the USA  are shipped via UPS , USPS AND FEDEX ,  these couriers can take anywhere from 3 business days to 4 weeks depending on the destination and what shipping speed the customer has selected at checkout .

 

Fraudulent Orders

  • Any order flagged for High Risk Of Fraud requires 1-2 days of Processing to determine if the order will be shipped or cancelled and refunded . In this period the customer might be reached out to in order to provide more information before the item is shipped and we reserve the right to cancel any order that has been flagged for fraud if no response and customer verification cannot be provided .

 

Preorder only items / RAWCUTS / ACRYLIC BEADED TOPS

 

  • If an order is placed with one or more items that have PREORDER /BACKORDER /OR A SHIP DATE in the description of the item we will ship the preorder item separately once the make- time is completed . To avoid this please read the descriptions of items on the product page or make two separate orders to ensure you receive the items in a timely manner . Make-times are listed in the description of the item on the product page .

PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

When clicking the “CHECKOUT” button buyers acknowledge full responsibility for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. If unsure if there will be added duties please contact a representative by email or find out from your local shipping carrier if their will be additional fees. The Slay Jamaica Clothing Company is NOT responsible in covering any fees associated with customs regulations and duties.

If a customer refuses to pay custom duties on any items from The Slay Jamaica Clothing Company this resulting in the item being returned to us it is still seen as a return and only store credit will be issued for the item .
Additionally if a international package is “ abandoned “ meaning the customer refuses to pay duties and customs to collect the package SLAY JAMAICA CLOTHING COMPANY is not responsible for any additional charges on that item . You will also not be issued any refund but can be issued a store credit for the item .

If  a customer is unable to receive the package for whatever reason and it is sent back to us NO REFUND will be issued but the item can be resent to the customer or a store credit can be issued .

Please do proper research for all customs and duties laws in your country before ordering 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Slayja.com , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Once orders are placed and processed , there are no cancellations of the order. We can change addresses up to 24 hours after the order is placed.We are not responsible if you do not submit the correct address email or phone number  during checkout the correct address.

 Unclaimed/Returned Packages

  • If a  package is returned for incomplete or wrong address and the customer was contacted to fix this address before the item was returned to sender only a re shipment of the item or a store credit will be issued as this is not fault to the shipping company or to the sender . Addresses must be correct for an item to be delivered missing street number name or apartment number needs to be present at the time the order was placed or it will affect delivery by the carrier you choose

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Slay Jamaica Clothing Company  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS. 

 

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly. Slay Jamaica Clothing Company does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

IMPORTANT* If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered please reach out to the postal service within 45 days of the date of shipping. You CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on case filings and if it is past this date they will not let you open a claim.
